PENWA STOCKING POLICY:
PENWA.com maintains significant stock on all pen items which allows us to ship your order the same day it is placed on our system; unlike other resellers who ship within 1,2 and 5 or 6 business days. We actively monitor stocking levels on every item to ensure that your selection is available to ship today.

PENWA SHIPPING POLICY:
We will ship your order placed by noon ET Monday through Friday on the same day your order is received via the carrier you select. Some products and larger orders may ship directly from the manufacturer. If you have a delivery date requirement, please select a UPS Expedited shipping method and contact us to confirm that your item is definitely in stock. Items beginning with a DS designation in the product description indicate that the item will ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and may require an extra day to process and ship out. Tombow DS items ship from Atlanta via FedEx Ground. Itoya DS items ship via UPS Ground from Southern California. Aurora and Cross items ship via UPS Ground from New York. Fisher larger orders ship via UPS Groundfrom Las Vegas. Larger Waterman, Parker, Sharpie, PrismaColor and Uni-Ball orders ship FedEx Ground from Chicago.

PENWA FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
FREE GROUND shipping is offered for orders over $50 to USA 48 states.
Tombow Mono Adhesive case orders will receive FREE FedEx Ground from Atlanta. Please order box-quantities of any additional items.

PRIORITY MAIL DISCLAIMER:
Although the U.S. Postal Service advertises 2-3 day delivery for domestic Priority Mail, this delivery time is not guaranteed and cannot be relied upon; especially during the holiday season. Please contact your local Post Office regarding current estimated delivery time via Priority Mail from 08055 to your location.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY AND RESTOCKING FEES:
Due to PayPal refund policy effective October 2019 they do not refund the 3% processing fees, therefore ALL refunds from PENWA will deduct this 3% processing fee from all refunds. PENWA.com accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. A full refund is provided for products received at PENWA in new condition and in original packaging. If the order has received Free Shipping, we will deduct our actual cost of the Free Shipping provided. Special order items, including all ITOYA, AURORA, and SAILOR items, are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the associated vendor's return policies.
