The recipient may contact
PENWA.COM at 888-626-8199 at any time to redeem the certificate by
identifying the fifteen digit certificate number and the shipping address.
The certificate is valid toward purchases from PENWA.COM.
Alternatively, the recipient may place and order online
providing the same shipping address as on the certificate and placing the
text "GIFT CERT " and the fifteen digit certificate number in the NOTES
section when ordering. We will then credit the credit card used (or
PayPal) for the amount of the certificate.
